Shipping & Lost Mail
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing a shipping option with tracking. Customers can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout for additional delivery security.
All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. International orders are shipped via DHL.
Untracked orders
If you choose First Class Mail, your stickers ship via standard letter mail without tracking to keep shipping costs low. Because these packages are not trackable, we cannot guarantee delivery once they are shipped.
If your order does not arrive within 20 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement once.
Tracked orders
Orders shipped with tracking are considered delivered once the tracking number shows “Delivered.” If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Check your mailbox and surrounding areas

Contact your local USPS office
Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund packages that show delivered.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.
